Fund for Women’s Equality Statement on Pride Month

Pride Month is meant to commemorate the 1969 Stonewall Uprising against police violence, and to affirm the rights and inherent dignity of LGBTQTS people.

The ERA Coalition/Fund for Women’s Equality stands in solidarity with the LGBTQTS community with our right to live a life true to who we are; equal in all things under the law and free from the systemic violence that continues to plague us every day.

We at the ERA Coalition/Fund for Women’s Equality celebrate our friends, family, board members, supporters, and colleagues in this month of Pride and always, as we fight together for equality for all and join as one family.
