Laundry Day

By Curtis Clifton

The following short film is a light hearted take on housework, with gender roles swapped. Far too often Women are saddled with the majority of the domestic responsibility, regardless of what else they may have going on, even full time work. Typically men compound this through the creation of more labor for their “partner”, and sadly with indifference.

My goal in creating this film was to create a sense of empathy from male viewers, as they see themselves in the positions they often put their partners, hopefully provoking change, or at least attempts to generate equity within a relationship.
