Expanded Amendment for Constitutional Equality

The Fund for Women's Equality (FFWE) continues to prioritize intersectional justice.  In addition to pushing for an intersectional interpretation of the traditional Equal Rights Amendment language, FFWE has drafted expanded constituional equality language. The language, which was drafted by an esteemed group of lawyers, will prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex (including sexual orientation, gender identity and pregnancy) and/or race (including national origin, ethnicity and color) and/or like forms of discrimination (including disability and faith).
